Our services include demolition, tanking, piling to the frameworks and final fitting out. All services can be managed by CP, from Surveyors, Architects, Engineers and Interior Design which reduces the stress and complexity of managing the project for our client.
We work closely with our clients when refurbishing or renovating their property to individual specifications whether it is to create more space, or to transform them. CP work together with the Architect & Interior Designer to ensure that all construction and design decisions can be and will be achievable on site. We are able to undertake the project management for you.

The flexibility of extending your property has now been made easier through new planning guidelines and may be the solution for you. We work with the local authorities and private inspectors to ensure regulatory requirements are achieved. Our in-house Interior Designer and architects can work with you enabling your vision to become a reality.
We liaise and work in close partnership with a selection of kitchen & bathroom specialists, whose products range from the standard to the luxurious, contemporary to traditional. We will arrange and facilitate a design and consultation between the client and the supplier.
A full & final 3D imagery is provided to the client, illustrating the intended kitchen with the final layout finishes and all appliances specified.
